We produce pasture raised beef, nicely finished without added grain. No hormones or antibiotic growth promoters are used. Most animals are born and raised here, although some additional weanlings are sourced from a neighboring farm. Our animals are Hereford, Angus, and crossbred animals. The outsourced weanlings are Angus crossed with heritage breeds ( Galloway , shorthorn, and highlander).
We sell whole, half and quarters year round. Processing at either Owasco Meats or Manns Custom Meats.
Individual cuts are available at the farm. May be ordered by phone or walk ins are always welcome.

What is HCW?
Hot carcas weight (HCW) is the weight taken immediately after slaughter, but before final trim. With beef for example, HCW is approximately 60% of live weight.
