We are a third generation family farm raising all-natural, grass-fed beef. Our Black Angus and Black Angus-cross cattle are born, raised and graze in the rolling hill pastures on our farm. They also have access to high quality hay raised and harvested by us on our farm. We don't use artificial hormones or antibiotics unless the animal's life is at risk. Our hands-on management produces gentle cattle with tender meat.
Animals for slaughter are 20-26 months old which allows flavorful tender beef.
We sell whole, half or mixed quarters
$3.65 HCW. Price includes slaughter, dry ageing, cutting, wrapping, flash freezing. Additional cost for patties and special processing.Our Grass-Fed / Grass-Finished Angus/Angus-Cross Beef is sold by the quarter(split half), half, or whole animal. Meat is available summer, fall and winter.
What is HCW?
Hot carcas weight (HCW) is the weight taken immediately after slaughter, but before final trim. With beef for example, HCW is approximately 60% of live weight.
