Center Dale Farm
At Center Dale Farm we have been raising commercial grade Black Angus cattle for twenty years. All of our Black Angus are calved on the farm and raised with their mothers for six months. We grow all our own feed. Grass-fed, corn silage, no added hormones or antibiotics. The cattle are fed from a feed wagon for feed quality assurance. They have access to fresh clean water and access to meadows from spring to fall. We are also certified Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) and NYCHAP farm member.
$4.25/lb HCW including processing. Sold as 1/2's and 1/4's (split side).Our Black Angus are grass-fed and we raise them from calf to finish.
What is HCW?
Hot carcas weight (HCW) is the weight taken immediately after slaughter, but before final trim. With beef for example, HCW is approximately 60% of live weight.
