Our constant interaction with our herd insures that we are able monitor their health and also makes them quite friendly! We raise Red Angus, Hereford, and Simmental crosses.

What is HCW?
Hot carcas weight (HCW) is the weight taken immediately after slaughter, but before final trim. With beef for example, HCW is approximately 60% of live weight.
