Small scale local farm providing fresh pasture-raised beef, poultry, and pork with orders placed in advance. Pork is sold as whole. Beef is sold whole, half or quarters and are typically available November to January unless otherwise arranged. Poultry orders by May 1st and August 1st.

Hot carcas weight (HCW) is the weight taken immediately after slaughter, but before final trim. With beef for example, HCW is approximately 60% of live weight.
