We are a small family farm, raising our beef and lamb on rotated pastures, without added hormones, antibiotics or man-made additives. We are dedicated to using sustainable, permaculture practices, being good stewards of the resources God has given us. We look forward to meeting you soon..


Lamb
 

$7/lb for Whole Lamb
$8/lb for Half Lamb
*hanging weight averages 43-53 lbs for a whole lamb.

Whole and Half Lamb are available in March and December of each year. A $100 deposit must accompany your cut sheet to reserve your lamb. Lamb is processed and packaged to your preference at a USDA processor. All meat will be frozen upon receipt.
 

Beef
 

$4.10/lb for Half or Quarter Beef. Front/Hind Quarter requests are not guaranteed.

Half and Quarters are available in early summer. A $500 deposit must accompany your cut sheet to reserve your beef. Beef is processed and packaged to your preference at a USDA processor. All meat will be frozen upon receipt.
