Northup Family Farm is a small beef operation that produces high quality beef. We employ a natural approach to farming without use of chemicals, added hormones or antibiotics. Animals are raised on pasture, second cutting alfalfa and a custom blend of corn and trace minerals to provide great tasting and healthy beef. We take pride in what we do and always want our customers to be completely satisfied.

What is HCW?
Hot carcas weight (HCW) is the weight taken immediately after slaughter, but before final trim. With beef for example, HCW is approximately 60% of live weight.
