We raise pasture-raised beef, pork and chickens. The chickens are fed certified organic grain and grass. Our beef is dry-aged for at least 21 days so it is full flavored and very tender. Our smoked pork products are nitrate-free. We sell at farmers markets retail and also custom meat. We also sell veggies with compost and no chemical fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides. We would love to supply your meat and vegetable needs.

Hot carcas weight (HCW) is the weight taken immediately after slaughter, but before final trim. With beef for example, HCW is approximately 60% of live weight.
