Over the Hill Farm

Over the Hill Farm is a 100% grass-fed grass-finished beef and pastured pork family operated farm; nestled in the hills of Tioga County, New York. We also raise meat chickens and turkeys out on grass, as well as laying hens that produce hearty brown eggs.


Beef

Our beef is 100% Grass Fed. We utilize a well managed rotational grazing program to supply our beef with fresh grass almost daily. They are born and raised on the farm each year until they are considered finished. We offer our beef in whole, half, or quarter. We use a USDA inspected processing plant to butcher our beef.
 

Pork
 

$320/pig (whole) + butchers fees.
$160/pig (half) + butchers fees.

Our pastured pork is raised out in our pastures from early spring to early fall, and then finished in a wooded area that has an abundance of acorns each year. In addition, they are supplemented with a custom ration of mixed grains; which is mixed and produced on the farm. We offer our pork in whole or half. We use a USDA inspected processing plant to butcher our pork.
 

Chicken
 

$2.75/lb whole birds.
$3.25/lb halves.
$4.85/lb cut up into breast and legs.

Our chickens are raised on grass and supplemented with a custom ration of mixed grains. They are grown up to 8 weeks +/- of age before processing. They are available whole, half, or pieced out. We use a USDA inspected processing plant to butcher our chickens. All of our chickens are vacuum sealed.
 

Turkey
 

Call for 2017 pricing.

Our turkeys are raised on grass and supplemented with a custom ration of mixed grains. We grow them from mid-July up until a couple days before thanksgiving. When they are delivered to you they are fresh and have never been frozen. We use a USDA inspected processing plant to butcher our turkeys.
